On Monday, Tekashi69 entered a not guilty plea in his federal racketeering case, where federal officials compiled evidence of gang violence, retaliation, and dealing from all the way back from 2013, against him and his crew.
During the hearing, the rapper was given a trial date for Sep. 4, but now, according to TMZ, since the bail was not addressed in court, 6ix9ine will likely remain in jail for 10 months until trial.
The rapper’s attorney, Lance Lazzaro, however, has said he plans to apply for bail directly to the trial judge when the time comes.
