Earlier today, American attorney and entrepreneur Michael Avenatti released a statement noting newly uncovered video evidence has surfaced of R. Kelly “establishing his guilt.” In addition to currently handling Kelly’s case, Avenatti served as Stormy Daniels’ attorney against Trump, which helped Avenatti come to prominence.

“We will continue to work tirelessly to ensure that this predator is brought to justice,” says Avenatti via Twitter. Avenatti has been on the case for almost one full year. According to the statement, April of 2018 was when multiple clients began work with Avenatti as he admits to “thoroughly and quietly” going about investigating the case conducting witness interviews and examining evidence across the United States.

Avenatti also notes in his statement “the discovery of significant new evidence conclusively establishing Mr. Kelly’s illegal sexual assault of young girls.” What is quite interesting is that a VHS videotape has been uncovered in Avenatti’s findings that he claims is 45 minutes in length and has never seen the public’s eyes or law enforcement.

Making sure justice is served this time around, Avenatti has already provided evidence including the videotape to Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx. It appears that Avenatti is determined to put an end to Kelly’s case.

Take a look at Avenatti’s full statement:
