50 Cent is probably somewhere laughing and in high spirits while continuing to be his shady self. According to Blast, an L.A. judge dismissed all allegations and charges against the rapper in relation to Teairra Marie‘s revenge porn case. Teairra Marie was also ordered to pay him $30,000.

The LHH star actually got off lucky because 50 wanted her to pay his whole $161,660.15 worth of legal fees that he had spent on defending his position but the judge decided that $30k was more reasonable. Any higher and it may discourage victims of revenge porn from pursuing legal action against those responsible for the act.

And one aspect of this case was that 50 cent was not the direct person responsible for leaking the pictures involved. Last year, private videos and photos of Teairra Marie were allegedly leaked from her account by her ex Akbar Abdul-Ahad, not 50 cent. While apparently he later did come into possession of the private content he didn’t actively repost them to websites like sexm.xxx. He posted only one photo on his social media account.

Teairra said 50 applied a “black and white” filter to highlight the color contrast of semen on Marí’s face and captioned the photo “get the strap,” which the reality star claims was a possible reference to encourage his fans to harm her.

50 denied all of Teairra’s claims. He explained that said the photo was already out on social media long before he reposted it on his page. Apparently, he also said he was not aware it was revenge porn as well. He asked the judge to toss her suit out, arguing that it didn’t show any “genitals” or “sexual act in progress.” It’s apparent the judge may have agreed with 50 cents arguments.
