Just yesterday, we reported that Rita Ora had reached an out-of-court settlement with Jay Z and her former label Roc Nation. In the same report, we included a recent Snapchat Rita posted where she insinuated a new contract with a new label was almost finalized.

Fast-forward just a day and it appears Rita has inked a new deal with Warner Music, a source revealed to Billboard.

It also appears that the split with Jay and Roc Nation turned out to be smooth after all. Howard King, Rita’s lawyer, told Billboard, “We’re in the process of finalizing those details,” he said. “[Jay Z] could not have been more gracious.”
