As many of us know by now, Spike Lee is testing the waters in a major way with his upcoming movie Chi-Raq, which has angered a ton of Chicagoans. Chance The Rapper, among others recently denounced the movie, saying they won’t be supporting the movie one bit. Others have attacked Spike for the title alone and for him “exploiting” the situation in Chicago.

Finally addressing the criticism, Spike Lee stops by Sway In The Morning to talk about his movie and does so in a fiery way. Around the 11-minute mark, Spike finally lost his cool and went off during the interview. It’s safe to say he saw the Kanye episode on Sway prior to this one.
