Do you think any one album can be a blueprint for a female rapper?

Diamond: It’s different for different people and that’s what’s so unique about us. We all sacrificed. We all have a love for music in common but our stories are different. We walk different paths. We experienced different things.

Bia: That’s the great thing, none of us sound anything alike. We all sound completely different and it’s all-good and it’s all beautiful.

Nyemiah: I know we have some Twitter fans that like three of us in a group or two of us so it’s nice to even have fans who are open to liking more than one artist rather than be stuck in one lane.

Where’s your favorite place to eat in NYC? Play? Shop?

Siya: Eat: Café Habana, I only eat fish so I get the shrimp plate. Play: I dig going to SoHo for some reason, even if I’m not shopping I just like going out there. Shop: Well, BBC I’m a fan of it like a mother fucker other than that I just get a bunch of free shit from my best friend’s line.

Diamond: Eat: Thanks to Bia my new favorite spot is Lavo. It’s an Italian spot. Fried oreos, woo child. Anything chicken and pasta. Shopping wise, I haven’t gotten a chance to really get out there and shop my stylist always been bringing me stuff. Most of the time I’m here working so I haven’t gotten a chance to really shop and find stores I like. Play: I guess club wise I like Club Griffin that was pretty dope. It reminded me of that Atlanta feel, they partied till like 4 in the morning. And Perfections, it was off the chain.

Nyemiah Supreme: Eat: I’m like a hood booger so I love Chinese food from the hood but I recently got into fancy Chinese food so I like Felipe Chow. I love their salt and pepper shrimp it’s my favorite thing to eat. Play: I would say, I’m kind’ve boring so I’ll say the movies. I go to the movies by myself. Just to zone out and take me away. Shop: I love Top Shop. I’m my own personal shopper some days and Top Shop always has some good go to’s.

Brianna Perry: Eat: Whenever I’m here I always say it’s so hard for me to find something good here. Like please have an “A.” I really like Negril Village because we don’t have one of those in Miami. Shop: Jeffries, we don’t have that in Miami. Play: Go bowling and go to the 40/40 club to watch sports.

Bia: Eat: At Lavo. Shop: I love V Files and I love Intermix – sick clothes I just love anything that’s like signature pieces. Play: I love the studios out here. Some of the studios out here in New York are so fun to me because you never know who you’re going to run into. I was recording and Madonna was upstairs from me. I was smelling all this great stuff and it was putting me in some psychedelic recording zone.
