David Letterman’s been hosting a week to celebrate the 50 year influence of what can be argued as the biggest musical act of all time, the Beatles. 50 years ago, the four British musicians appeared on the “Ed Sullivan Show” and began what came to be known as the “British Invasion.” Last night on “Late Show with David Letterman,” Lauryn Hill appeared on the show to be the latest of this week’ musical guests to cover a classic song from the group.
