I’m not sure when buddy dropped the “Valentino” and decided to go with just “Bobby V,” but we’re going to run with it anyway. Over the past few weeks, I’ve seen Bobby’s “Words” video quite a few times on MTV Jams and I’ll admit that I’ve grown to become a fan of the record. Aside from the fact it is catchy, it’s smooth as hell, not overly sappy and probably one of the better R&B singles in a minute. Come to find out, he released a new album Fly On The Wall which dropped today. You learn something new everyday.

To coincide with the big day, Valentino released the remix to the aforementioned record with the original R&B remix king, R. Kelly. Thankfully, the tempo and vibe remained the same with Kelz adding his own flavor to the record. Off first few listens, the original still appeals to me better, but that’s not to say this won’t get its fair share of spins either.

I miss when Bobby was on DTP. If you’re just talking about
record sales, he was 2nd to Ludacris. I love the new album, minus
the 50 cent, lloyd banks features. I’m waiting for Bobby to
release a single for the radio with Tim & Bob similar to
    “Slow Down.”

I absolutely love the new album. Blu Kolla Dreams is sure working out for Bobby V. There is not one bad song/filler on the album and that is what you expect from Bobby V. He mentioned in his shoutouts and credits to the album that he worked exceptionall hard on every song and poured his heart into it. Every song came out perfectly crafted.

He needs more recognition for his acheivements and wonderful art because he inspires so many to be their absolute best. This guy departed from DTP (no hard feelings) but knew his talents were best suited for the one man show, one love Bobby V…You are the realest out there.
