You might instantly recognize the face of The Husel, but trust and believe, you don’t know what he’s all about just yet. That’s perfectly alright, as the hip-hop artist is still figuring it out right at the present time. Having been in the music industry for nearly two decades, creating award-winning hits, The Husel is ready to take on the new wave of urban sound, and is tuning in carefully to the ears and opinions of the youth.

While he still plans on pursuing his other brand that he’s become best known for, we can embrace The Husel with his debut project Husel Music arriving May 5th. As far as his other brand, and another new one to come, 2015 is going to be a big year. “I plan on multi-tasking all three,” revealed to us in our exclusive interview. The Husel also discussed his music persona, why he’s using auto-tune on his songs, the key differences between rap and hip-hop, and what he thinks of today’s music.
