In the latest installment of Beyoncé’s “Self-Titled” documentary, Mrs. Carter delves into finding the balance of being a mother as well as maintaining her sexy.

“Just because you become a mother, doesn’t mean you lose who you are,” Bey says as the video opens.

Appropriately titled “Liberation,” Yoncé discusses the sexual nature of her latest surprise album and provides some background on where the inspiration came for the sensual track, “Partition.” She also gives some behind-the-scene footage of her in the studio, cuddling with Blue Ivy, and fine dining with the likes of The Dream, Hit-Boy and Jay Z.
