The-Dream is in police custody after turning himself in Wednesday morning following the alleged assault of his ex-girlfriend, Lydia Nam, according to TMZ. Nam claims The-Dream kicked, punched and strangled her while she was pregnant in April but chose to file the report in November.

The producer/singer has been booked for felony assault and strangulation as well as misdemeanor assault, reckless endangerment and child endangerment.
