There is certainly trouble brewing for Ray J. The crooner is allegedly being charged with 10 crimes by the L.A. County D.A. after an alleged bar scuffle last May, according to TMZ.

The singer/reality star is said to have been doing some drinking at a bar at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel where he reportedly brushed up against a woman’s assets and was subsequently ordered to leave. Originally, he was not charged for sexual battery due to the police claiming the contact was “incidental” not intentional but the D.A. disagrees, TMZ reports.

Following Ray J’s reported arrest, he kicked out the window of a cop car – claiming to suffer from claustrophobia – and spit on a police officer. He was released on $20, 000 bail.

Brandy’s little brother is being charged with four counts of resisting arrest, three counts of assault and battery, two counts of vandalism and sexual battery.
