With all the legal drama being tossed around it is easy to assume that Frank Ocean has been to occupied with outside factors to focus on his sophomore album. Think again. Now that he’s written off Chipotle, the Odd Future crooner looks as though he has been hard at work with a photo posted to his Tumblr.

Frank hasn’t made it easy for fans to keep up with him as he deleted both his Instagram and Twitter accounts. Luckily photographer Nabil was able to give fans a much needed update on the follow up to his Grammy award winning Channel Orange. He captioned the photo, ““Frank in the lab.. Making sophomore album game.”

There is no set date or much more information on what the songs will be like but we can rest assured that progress is seemingly being made for some time of project before the year is up.
