This situation with Iggy Azalea and her ex-boyfriend is getting messier each day. The “Fancy” singer’s ex, from before her fame, is trying to sell an alleged sex tape of the two of them, but now she is fighting back with an official lawsuit.

According to TMZ, Iggy is suing her ex-boyfriend Hefe Wine, whom she lived with in Atlanta in 2009, after shooting the tape with her and illegally copying the data from her computer. She claims that he downloaded the entire contents of her computer’s data, which included unreleased master recordings.

Iggy is also suing him for forgery after Wine claims that he has the written rights to her music and music videos, which she believes is a fake document. Despite the alleged news of the tape being reportedly on the market, the lawsuit doesn’t mention the sex tape.
