Gucci Mane Will Be In Jail Until 2016

According to reports from TMZ, Radric Davis, better known as Gucci Mane, pleaded guilty in court today for being in possession of a firearm as a convicted felon, a charge that comes with a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison. The Atlanta rapper was only sentenced to 39 months as a result of his plea deal and is expected to be released sometime in late 2016.
Davis has been in jail since he was arrested this past September and has received credit for time served. He is also facing a potential fine of $250,000 and will be officially sentenced in July.
