Chance the Rapper and Childish Gambino come from similar stock which shows in their collaborations like Acid Rap‘s “Favorite Song” and Because the Internet‘s “The Worst Guys.” They’ve described themselves as a big and little brother duo in interviews and shared cameos in each other’s creative works. They also shared a set this past weekend at the Governor’s Ball in NYC where Chance revealed a verse that was originally planned to appear on “The Worst Guys” but didn’t make the cut due to time issues.

Understanding that the two make good music together and that fans want more of it, Gambino took to twitter to drop a not-so-subtle hint that we could be getting an EP from the two sometime in the future.

Sidenote: Even André 3000 is a fan of Childish Gambino and was seen sitting in front of the stage before the performance. I wonder what it feels like to look out in the audience and see that.
