Justin Bieber was officially charged with vandalism for spray-painting graffiti on a wall in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, according to E! News.

Local authorities held a three-day hearing of evidence from everyone involved, including Bieber’s body guards, local police and photographers at the scene.

Bieber won’t be serving any time but the amount of the fine he’ll have to pay is not yet determined. –Keith Reid-Cleveland
