Tyga’s name has been dragged through the mud for various instances. First, in reference to his supposed relationship with the 17-year-old Kylie Jenner, the rising tension between him and Drake and no longer appearing on Nicki Minaj’s “Truffle Butter” record.
After settling in with hosts DJ Envy, Charlamagne tha God and Angela Yee, T-Raww did not skate away from any of the questions. First tackling his situationship with the young Kardashian, the rapper confirms that there is no romantic relationship between the two.
“I’m not dating Kylie, I just want to get that out the way,” he explained. “I want to be clear to everybody that I didn’t leave my family to be with Kylie. That’s ridiculous. Me and [Blac] Chyna, we broke up close to a year now and because of the decision we made, and things in our relationship that wasn’t going right, so we decided to split to raise an emotionally stable kid. That’s what we did and now we have a great relationship.”
Co-parenting with the Chyna, according to Tyga, is now in a better place. He blames TMZ and wild imaginations for thoughts that he would date Kylie – they’re just friends.
Moving right along, he dissected his feud with both Cash Money Records and now Drake. The “Rack City” rapper has no issues with Lil Wayne, the problems are all business related. “The business just wasn’t right. It wasn’t Wayne’s fault,” he said. “You see the situation that’s happening right now… if everything’s good and everybody got millions and 100s of millions of dollars, I need to make sure why mine is not right, you know what I’m saying?”
In response to Drizzy’s one-line diss in “6PM In New York,” Tyga cops to having a “light skin moment” in his now-deleted tweet to the OVO rep.
“My thing is, if it’s real it’s real. If it’s not, it’s not. I just don’t fuck with him as a person because of the experiences that I’ve had with him personally,” he said. “I’m not going against who he is as a person in the public or his music or anything like that, like I said his music is great. It’s undeniable.”
