The leading lady in Lil Wayne’s world, his daughter, just celebrated her Sweet 16. Reginae Carter is growing up before out very eyes.

Reginae arrived at her Sweet 16 celebration, with an audience of around 400 invited guests, according to reports, on horse and carriage for the New Orleans-themed celebration in Atlanta. Attendees of the event were, of course, her parents, Lil Wayne and Toya Wright, Nicki Minaj, Fantasia, Nivea, Quincy and Christian Combs, Jacob Lattimore and many more.
