Kendrick Lamar broke his long silence yesterday by dropping his brand new single “I” as well as stopping by Big Boy’s Neighborhood on Power 106 for an in-depth interview and an apparent freestyle that has surfaced today. After hearing his thoughts on the impact “Control” had, as well as his take on music in general, Kendrick went ahead and dropped an 11-minute off-the-top freestyle over a slew of classic beats. As expected, K. Dot dismantles the mic and reminds all of us that he hasn’t gone anywhere.
