Yesterday, the USC Trojans pulled off something spectacular. The unranked Trojans won a nail-biter against No. 5-ranked Stanford in a 20-17 victory off of a field goal late in the fourth quarter.

Perhaps some of this inspiration came the day before the game when Dr. Dre stopped by the locker room to talk to the players. When he walked into the room the entire team rose for a standing ovation for the Los Angeles-native and long time USC fan. Dre explained that he had to come show his support now that he’s officially a Trojan as a result of the USC Jimmy Iovine and Andre Young Academy of Arts, Technology and the Business of Innovation.
