Diddy Donates 250K to NFTE to Benefit Young Entrepreneurs
by Karen
Hip-hop mogul and entrepreneur Sean “Diddy” Combs met with the Network For Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) to educate at-risk youth with entrepreneurship aspirations. Diddy’s attachment the nonprofit organization grew over the course of this year, when he formally announced his support for NFTE through a “multi-tiered commitment.”
During last night’s festivities, the Bad Boy Entertainment CEO and self-made millionaire talked with the youth about approaching things in life with an entrepreneurial mindset, and how to eventually run their own businesses.
“”I believe all young people should be given the opportunity to be successful and to pursue their passions,” says Combs. “NFTE gives all kids the tools they need to be the CEOs of their future.”
To cap off the night, Diddy donated $250,000 to NFTE and the future leaders. To check out pictures from the event, hit the jump.
