Interscope Records “Talks Good” To Chief Keef, Rapper Snags Record Deal
by Karen
Chicago rapper Chief Keef may not like a lot of things, but inking a deal with renowned label Interscope Records isn’t on that list. With a publishing deal with Dr. Dre under his belt as well, Chief Keef joined a stellar roster that includes 50 Cent and Eminem on Saturday (June 16) after fielding negotiations from reps at Bad Boy Records, Def Jam, and even Cash Money.
They was talkin’ good to me. They was talkin’ like I was talkin’ and I liked that. All these other labels, I was talkin’ to ’em but it’s time for me anyway for me and I’m goin’ with Interscope.
Congratulations to Chief Keef and Interscope Records for the union; we can’t wait to see what this collaboration will bring!
