Last week, YNW Melly was recently taken into custody for the murders of two acquaintances. Since then, the 19-year-old rapper’s camp released visuals for the song, “Mama Cry” off of his 2018 album, ‘I Am You’.

In the emotional video, the Florida rapper is seen behind bars while seeing his mother and a younger version of himself going through his childhood. While the video itself is a total tear jerker, the recent events of the rapper’s personal life makes the message of the video way more emotional.
