Travis Scott Continues To Tease Upcoming Album “Astroworld”
by Staff Editor
Travis Scott has been promoting his upcoming album consistently. Last night, it was announced on Instagram Live by Travis long-time collaborator and friend, Mike Dean, that Astroworld would drop on Friday, August 3rd.
So far the only song we’ve heard from the anticipated project is “Watch” featuring Kanye and Lil Uzi, which came out a few months ago. However, Travis did post a short tease of one of the songs featured on the album today on Instagram with the caption “FORGIVE ME (Full) (Unfinished).” The snippet of the song “Forgive Me,” plays over a funky beat while the artist comes in repeating the words “forgive me” in an autotune-like voice. Listen to the tease clip below.
Travis later followed up with another post today to promote Astroworld. The news came in the form of giant, gold Travis Scott head statue placed in Minute Maid Park, where the Houston Astros play. He uploaded the picture with the caption “Coming Soon.”
