Back in April, Kanye revealed that he’ll be producing Teyana Talor’s latest album. KTSE, which stands for Keep That Same Energy, marks the last of five Kanye West-produced projects released this year. It follows Pusha-T’s Daytona, West’s Ye and Kids See Ghosts, and Nas’ Nasir.

The news of Kanye producing her sophomore LP got mixed reviews, and inspired Teyana to go even harder in her craft.

“You know you have people that love you and people that like kinda shit on you. People that don’t believe in you and all these other things. And its like when they heard that Kanye was doing my album, they was like ‘nobody wants to hear a Teyana Taylor album.’ Those are people’s exact words. And to keep saying that on twitter and to be honest. was like ‘you know what I want everybody to keep that same energy’ when this album drop,” she says.

In what has now become a weekly tradition, Kanye West and his G.O.O.D. Music crew are hosting another listening party, but this time in LA.

Sneaker artist, John Geiger took to Twitter to share some of the pieces that will be featured at tonight’s event.
