Drake Shoots ‘God’s Plan’ Video & Donates Thousands To Miami Students
by Staff Editor
Drake is starting off his 2018 the exact right way.
The Toronto superstar unleashed two tracks last month with “God’s Plan” and “Diplomatic Immunity,” both of which charted in the top 10 on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart with “God’s Plan” going number 1.
Since then, the single has shattered streaming records and gave Drake a quick chokehold on Q1 of 2018. Yesterday (Feb 5), Drake trekked down to Miami to shoot the official video for his new hit single. The global entertainer also donated $25,000 to Miami Senior High, the school where they shot the video, as well as an additional $50,000 to a young student from the Frost School of Music at University of Miami.
Nothing like putting the city on your back.
Check out some clips and footage from yesterday’s shoot. “God’s Plan” video coming soon.
