Having impeccable manners, a bride-to-be and a come-to-light autobiography set for release, the courts seem to agree that Gucci deserves a clean slate.

The Fader recently obtained a copy of the rapper’s unopposed motion for early termination of his supervised release that was granted by the Judge last month on August 23. He will officially become a totally free man on September 19, the same day he’ll make his debut as an author when The Autobiography of Gucci Mane hits the shelves.

Fresh off winning his first VMA for his assistance on Fifth Harmony’s “Down,” the rapper will release his next album, Mr. Davis, on Sept. 15 featuring The Weeknd, Big Sean, Monica, ScHoolboy Q, and Chris Brown.
