Just a couple days ago, Kendrick Lamar earned another number 1 for his latest album Untitled Unmastered — a collection of songs recorded during the To Pimp A Butterfly sessions that never saw the light of day; until now, in their ‘unmastered’ and ‘untitled’ form.

Yes, that’s the impressive part.

Wasting very little time, it appears Kendrick has some more music in store for us after XXL recently caught up with K. Dot in the studio, where he was recording some new music. The clips are scattered and it’s quite difficult to make out exactly what the song(s) sound like, but it’s encouraging to know after earning a #1 album, Kendrick’s back to work.
