I feel so out of place, maybe I belong somewhere in outer space,” giving us immediate insight on where he’s at mentally.

The heartfelt and vulnerable record continues with Elzhi admitting that so much has changed in his life, and unfortunately not for the best following his depression and drug addiction. El reveals to us, “I’ve been trying to duck this cloud for four years straight. I know I sound crazy, but honestly, I damn near lost my mind…It’s like I try to shake it, but it always seems to follow me.”

With a renewed focus and a promising new album on the horizon, the talented lyricist is ready to put his demons behind him and his goals in front of him.
