The Weeknd was owning the summer, now he’s running 2015. Beauty Behind the Madness smashes everything on the Billboard charts.

Weeknd’s junior album made great numbers since it’s release. So there’s no surprise it made number one on Billboard album charts, according to Hits Daily Double. Madness is home to other chart toppers like “Earned It” and “Can’t Feel My Face,” but more importantly, it’s his first number 1.

He impressed with 325,267 copies sold during it’s opening week, plus streams topping the BBTM hype over 400,000. Something anyone would be proud of since the only ones to do that in 2015 were Drake’s If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late and Kendrick’s To Pimp A Butterfly.
