Rick Ross has reportedly been arrested in metro Atlanta’s Fayette county, after he was stopped by a police officer for a tinted window violation on his Bentley.

According to WSBTV, the cop says that he smelled marijuana when the MMG head honcho opened his door, leading him to search the vehicle. TMZ reports that five “marijuana cigarettes” were discovered during the search, leading him to be arrested and taken into custody.

Ross is being charged with a misdemeanor marijuana charged, and is currently being processed into the Fayette County Jail.
