Holding it down for the ladies and getting ready to blaze her way through an amazing summer is Tink. Representing her south side Chi roots, Tink joined Jennifer Le for her Ladies First show with Hot 97.

During her sit down Tink talks about a  variety of topics ranging from how she altered her style from the scenes heavy drill music to bringing creative sound to her music and how she linked with Timbaland, in which she states he would site the reason as God.

“Timbaland heard a song that I released called ‘Don’t Tell Nobody’,” Tink detailed.”He fell in love with the record and he called me the same day in the studio that he heard it.”

The Chicago native details that shortly after the call she headed out to meet him two days later in Los Angeles where they vibes in the studio.
