On February 28, St. Petersburg rapper Rod Wave released his latest track titled “Thief In The Night.” Directed by Cole Bennett, the video to the track is also featured on his Lyrical Lemonade platform.

The new track provides Rod’s signature melodies along with the ability to tackle subject matters that is relatable to a broader audience. “We ride around strapped, you can tell we did this before,” for example, the same difference that propelled “Heart On Ice” to its platinum certification. After releasing last project Ghetto Gospel four months ago, Rod is already releasing new music and announcing his forthcoming project. While sharing snippets from the new project, Rod revealed that the title is set to be Pray 4 Love and will be released shortly.

Starting tomorrow (March 3.), Rod’s Ghetto Gospel tour is scheduled to begin in Augusta, Georgia, which includes sold out stops in Charlotte, Atlanta, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, and Chicago.
