Justin Timberlake is back with recorded new music that he will deliver to fans soon, linking up with some great collaborators in hip-hop. While hinting on his Instagram about the unreleased music, JT speaks for the first time in an interview with Entertainment Tonight where he confirms he’s working on music with Lizzo, Meek Mill, and SZA.
JT says, “I just called my publishers and I said, ‘You know, I just want to work with young, fresh people, and I want to collaborate more. I’ve been songwriting and producing for so long — I want to experience that energy, and I want to work with people that I think are truly amazing.”
The singer spoke on him and Lizzo’s experience in the studio, saying that what they have coming is so good. “I’m not going to tell you too much about what we did together in the studio. If she wants to tell you she can, but it’s flames. It is so good. I am so excited about it,” he teased.

JT also spoke on working with SZA and Meek Mill. “I worked with SZA the other day and just worked with Meek Mill,” he stated. “I’m having these experiences that are fueling me in such a different way and, again, I think it was really birthed out of feeling like, what can I do right now to just be a part of my community and integrate.” SZA has confirmed being in the studio with JT and that they have a really cool song on the way.
JT’s last album Man of The Woods was released in February last year. Although not receiving positive feedback and unsure of when his music will be released, this is definitely exciting news to hear and we are eager to tune in.
