A bad mansion party or creepy horror film? Either way, Travis Scott shows off his abstract imagination once again with this one. The Houston rapper decided to team up with actor, director, screenwriter, and comedian Jonah Hill to direct the music video for his chart-topping single, “Wake Up.”

Watch the visual for “Wake Up” here:

Being that ASTROWORLD was one of the most discussed and top-rated albums of 2018, it’s only right Scott had to end off the buzz with a bang. In the beginning of this black-and-white video, you can see bodies laying on the floor throughout the mansion. Yes, very similar to a horror film. As the story proceeds, objects, bodies, and even Scott begin lifting from the ground similar to a scene you would see in Infinity War. At this point, the idea of gravity is irrelevant.

Posted on YouTube on July 25th, it became #10 trending in one day. However, Scott’s fans weren’t too happy when they noticed The Weekend didn’t make an appearance in the visual or titled as a feature.

Nonetheless, Jonah Hill’s cameo into Hip-Hop cinema left everyone eager to see what else he has up his sleeves. According to Complex, Hill has dabbled into creative direction for other music videos in the past, such as Danny Brown’s “Ain’t It Funny” and Vampire Weekend’s “Sunflower.”

Was this just another creative visual like “Sicko Mode,” “Yosemite,” and “Can’t Say,” — or did the video’s storyline hold a symbolic message?
