After much anticipation, Trina and Nicki Minaj have released their new uptempo record “BAPS.” The two iconic female hip-hop artists trade classic verses over the hardcore yet fun beat. Both Trina and Nicki mix their unique styles on the new record and remind us that they are simply bosses in the industry.

Trina is set to release her new album “The One,” this week on June 21. Earlier this month, an all-star roster of artists, such as DJ Khaled, Lightskin Keisha, 2 Chainz, Lil Wayne, Piles, Boosie Badazz, Sevyn, and Dave East, were revealed to be guests on the femcee’s new project.

While Trina is set to release a full project Friday, Nicki will return with the release of “MEGATRON.” The new record has already caused quite a frenzy on social media as many are excited to hear more new music from the rap icon. This week in music looks to be yet another win for women in hip-hop!
