Nicki Minaj , Cardi B, Common, and Katy Perry are apart of a vast list of supporters who supports the Recording Academy’s Task Force on Diversity and Inclusion new initiative.

The new initiative aims to expand opportunities for female music producers and engineers. The Inclusion Initiative also calls on any entity or individual responsible for or involved in selecting and hiring producers and engineers to commit to consider at least two women before making any hiring decisions.

To assist in ensuring the success of this new initiative, the Recording Academy has created a webpage dedicated solely to facilitating the process of identifying working female producers and engineers.
