Earlier today, news broke that Colin Kaepernick did not approve of Travis Scott‘s upcoming Super Bowl Half-Time performance in the upcoming weeks.

The former NFL football player denied ever having a phone conversation with the Houston rapper and now, Travis people are clarifying the situation.

According to Travis Scott’s sources reported on Baller Alert, the conversation was “cordial and not hostile.” After that, Scott went on to sign the contract, which included the $500,000 donation to Van Jones’ charity, Dream Corps. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Scott sources also states that the rapper respects Kaepernick, “Colin doesn’t tell Travis what he can and can’t do. That’s Travis’ decision.”
