Travis Scott Agreed To Perform at This Year’s Super Bowl If The NFL Donated To A Charity Of His Choice

Since it has been announced that Travis Scott will be performing at the 2019 Super Bowl Halftime show , he has been receiving criticism from fans and others in the industry.
Scott released a statement to Billboard stating :
“I back anyone who takes a stand for what they believe in…I know being an artist that it’s in my power to inspire. So before confirming the Super Bowl Halftime performance, I made sure to partner with the NFL on this important donation. I am proud to support Dream Corps and the work they do that will hopefully inspire and promote change.”
Scott partnered with NFL and donated $500,000 to Dream Corps, a charity that’s works to fight for social justice.
The Super Bowl Halftime show is set to take place on February 3rd in Atlanta.
