Billboard has announced Its too 30 best music videos of the century. As most of us should know, the dawn of the 21st century was when the music video was in a boom period. There were still budgets for music videos that were sregularly in the seven-digit range, and MTV and 106& Park was the place to watch that latest and see a countdown of your favorite videos.
