Cardi B says she Wants a ‘Reset’ on Life After Offset Split

During a shooting of a secret project, AJ Calloway from “Extra,” got the chance to here Cardi B open up about being a mom, how she is doing after spliting from Offset, her Christmas plans, and possible collaborations.
Cardi lit up talking about her daughter Kulture, “She’s so ba-uuuute… She’s so cute… She 5 months.”
The raptress also discussed how motherhood changed her. “A lot of things scare me… I never wanted to protect somebody so much, I just want to protect my baby. ‘Oh, my gosh, you’re so innocent and this world is so evil,’” she said. “I just want to also protect her. I guess she’s born in fame… I just want early to teach her to be confident… I know when she starts reading and she sees how mean the world is, I just want her to be like, ‘I’m fabulous and rich and I don’t give a f***.'”
As far as dealing with the public after announcing that she and Offset are divorcing, Cardi revealed that, “Everything is good! I’m very excited for 2019 — I just feel like it’s going to be a reset.”
As for what’s up next, Cardi said she would love to act. In response to Fran Drescher reaching out to her people about the “Nanny” re-boot, she said, “I’d do it. I love her.”
And when talking about future collabs, the rapptress was asked about possibly working with Mariah Carey and she said, “It’s not in the works; it would be nice if it could be in the works. I’ve just been so busy that I haven’t had time to do my own songs.”
