Eminem References Ariana Grande, Justin Bieber, & More in 11 Minute “Kick Off” Freestyle
by Staff Editor
Eminem’s newest freestyle is here and it’s 11 minutes long.
Last night (November 30th), the rapper unveiled via twitter that “the release of BODIED” had him feeling “nostalgic.” So he headed down to his “old stomping grounds” — The Shelter at St. Andrews in Detroit Michigan to live record what we have today as “Kick Off.”
In the freestyle, Eminem name drops Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre, Reese Witherspoon and Justin Bieber. He refers to Bieber as the catholic school boy that turned into a drug dealer. In addition, the first verse in “Kick Off” references Ariana Grande’s 2017 Manchester concert bombing, killing 22 people.
Em raps
“Seeing Ariana Grande sing her last song of the evening, and as the audience from the damn concert is leaving, detonates the device strapped to his abdominal region… I’m not gonna finish that for obvious reasons.”
Watch the freestyle below and let us know what you think.
