The 2018 Soul Train Awards is finally upon us! This years show is hosted by Tichina Arnold and Tisha Campbell-Martin. Keep it locked here, as we keep you updated with R&B performances of the night.

The Soul Train music awards gave fans a taste of the 90’s as many r&b and hiphop artist came out singing a few classics from way back. After a banger opening actin from the host, Bell Biv DeVoe hit the stage performing their classic hit “poison” along with some killer choreography.

Jon B even pulls up, performing of “Someone To Love” and “They Don’t Know.” Donell Jones made a special appearance after Jon, and even he had us reminiscing on the past with “Where I Wanna Be” and “U Know What’s Up,” while paying homage to the late Left Eye.

Also to hit the stage was Jacquees, who wowed the crowd after performing “B.E.D.” and “You.”

We later get a gospel performance from Koryne Hawthorne. The singer praiseds the lord and empowers us with her performance of “Won’t He Do It!” on stage.

And to end the night off on a good note, The First Lady Of Bad Boy, Faith Evans, shows us why she’s our Lady Of Soul, performing an enchanting medley of “Soon As I Get Home,” “Use To Love Me,” and more!  The singer even brings out Carl Thomas to perform “Can’t Believe.”

The presenters at the 2018 Soul Train Awards include SZA, Tami Roman, Darrin Henson, Javicia Leslie, Justine Skye, Normani, and many others.

And if you missed the cypher, we got you covered on that too. Watch Kelly Price, Queen Naija, Luke James & More Sing Verse For Verse in a soul cypher below.
