I’m hearing RICO and Racketeering charged … don’t quote me on that. Won’t be able to tell exactly what he is being charged for until indictments are unsealed or until feds start confirming what’s up. More info to come the morning.

Now, this isn’t 6ix9ine’s first encounter with the law. Earlier this year, he pled guilty to three felony counts. In 2015, he took part in “Use of a Child in Sexual Performance,” which resulted in a four years probation sentence.
Back in July he was also taken into custody for allegedly choking a 16 year old (in January) at the Galleria Mall in New York City.
There’s no further information regarding the Sunday arrest at this time.
