Lil Baby and an Japanese-Australian producer named Joji have been selected for Spotify‘s RISE program as of today (Oct. 16).

Standout cuts from each artists chosen, including Lil Baby will be strategically placed around Spotify’s famed playlists such as the RISE playlist. The RISE program will also include additional social media marketing and advertising and an original short-form documentary piece that will capture artist in their element. Chosen artist will also take part in the Spotify original series RISE Recordings, which gives fans a peak into their creative process and day-to-day lives as artists.

Spotify’s RISE program will give listeners a behind-the-scenes look inside the lives of some of their favorite artists such as Jorja Smith and Trippie Redd in the past. The program will also be a new way to better competitions. The RISE program currently only exists in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom, but Spotify is planning to expand into other countries soon.
