If you haven’t heard of Thutmose, you will today! Thutmose is an upcoming artist whose been putting in work from releasing collaborative EP’s with NoMBe, Run Wild to debuting collaborations with Jay Critch. Now he’s joining forces with fellow New Yorker, Desiigner for the song, “OkOk.”

The song opens up with Thutmose saying the titled lyrics of the song over a funky beat produced by Matvei.

“‘OkOk’ is a statement for New York,” Thutmose says of the single, emphasizing the Brooklyn connection on the track. “Desiigner brought his energy to it and you can tell by his verse that he had a lot to prove and that he’s not playing around. Shoutout to Che at Good Music for linking us. The way the record came out, it makes me want to put on a suit and do Billions shit.”

Thutmose is making sure the world remembers his name after dropping the new single. In fact he’s working on releasing a full-length album, Man on Fire, which will give us a chance to see the world he lived in.
