According to Billboard, Beyoncé and JAY-Z’s On the Run II Tour tops the Hot Tours list. Their top placement is due to recent shows in Minneapolis, Detroit, and two sold-out shows for 86,000 fans at Chicago’s Soldier Field, which totaled $21.2 million in grosses, according to Billboard.
Beyoncé and JAY-Z’s co-headline trek also exceeds $150 million grossed, which put the total to $150.7 million. Out of the 29 shows in Europe and the U.S., a total of 1.4 million people have been in attendance. There are 19 dates left before the tour ends in October that need to be reported to Boxscore for another update on OTR II Tour’s revenue. And with only 19 dates left, Billboard says Beyoncé and JAY-Z’s tour is trending toward the $250 million mark.
