Kanye West Goes Silent After Jimmy Kimmel Asks Why He Thinks Trump Cares About Black People

Kanye West came through on the “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” Show and as a celebration for being the special guest, Kimmel wore a pair of Yeezys.
Kimmel immediately started tapping in with questions about Donald Trump; whether Ye would design uniforms for Trump’s Space Force and is he was concerned when his was alone in the Oval Office with Trump.
“He is a player,” Kanye responded while laughing.
Kimmel then reached a little deeper and asked Kanye about the situation where kids and families were separated because of deportation.
“Whether we like his personality or not, his actions are really what matter. You so famously and so powerfully said ‘George Bush doesn’t care about black people.’ It makes me wonder, what makes you think that Donald Trump does?”
Kanye stayed silent until the show went to commercial break. When they returned, the conversation was completely different from where they left off. Kanye and Kimmel were now talking about the songs from his new album Ye. So much for a response, right? Check out the full interview below.
