Zaytoven Collaborates With New Artist FlexinFab

Flexinfab is a name some may have never heard of, but real soon, it will be a name to remember. This Dallas, Texas native by way of Costa Rica, is a 20-year-old rap artist on the rise. And his rise to stardom is happening swiftly; he’s already working with big names including Zaytoven (best known for producing music for Future) and has been mentored by artist like Post Malone, Lil Flip and Paul Wall.
Flexinfab, whose real name is Fabricio Rojas made his debut back in 2016 with the hit single “Aye Ok Alright” produced by K $wisha, which began to go viral in late 2016. Thats when he realized instead of treating music as a hobby, he could make it a career.
“When I was younger listening to Young Thug, Chief Keef, and Drake; I fell in love with everything about rap… everything was okay when I listened to them songs. Everything I was going through and how I was feeling just went away, and that’s when I realized that’s what I wanted to do,” says Flexinfab. “My first song came out, next thing you know, people telling me now that I’m inspiring them to be their selves and to keep their head up when they go through stuff.”
Fast forward today, the young indie artist has gotten a lot of attention with his back to back fire singles “Hunnid” and “Old Hoe.” He’s even dropped his debut album titled Gutter Boy, which released on July 13.
“Gutter Boy means exactly what it says– coming from poverty. Niggas working real hard– I worked real hard– to make something out of nothing. That’s what it’s all about.”
Along with his debut album, the rapper is also dropping a visual directed by Dance Dailey for one of his singles, “Yeah” from his project. He previewed the video on his Instagram page earlier this week.

While pushing his new album and visual, the rapper also says he’s still working with Zaytoven and they will have new music dropping in the near future. He even mentions how he started his relationship with the super-producer.
“Zaytoven reached out to me. He said, ‘You fire bro, come to Atlanta.’ So we went to Atlanta,” he says. “There, Zaytoven made a beat for me, I went in the studio, did a freestyle and came out, and he’s like ‘You done?’ I’m like, ‘Yeah I finished.’ He’s like, ‘ It’s only been 15 minutes.’ He went in and listened to it and was like, ‘Oh yeah, I can tell I can work with you the same way I’ve worked with Gucci and Future.’”
With his new project Gutter Boy, you can tell this guy is here to stay. Felxinfab has a unique trap-influenced sound and style they will solidify him in the industry. His project is the definition of new school meets old school with a little Southern Texas flavor added to it. This is an artist you will most likely see in the next XXL Freshman Class, or in your city on stage at next year’s The Rolling Loud Festival.
